ART WITH PURPOSE

Julie Siracusa, known as The Ocean Artist, is a lifelong artist whose passion for creativity began as soon as she could hold a pencil. Her first oil painting class was at age five, sparking a deep passion for the visual arts that would shape her career. She studied architecture and fine art in college, with a particular focus on art history.

Driven by a love for the ocean, Siracusa channels the deep blue into her paintings. Her commitment to preserving marine life led her to a partnership with Kenny Chesney’s No Shoes Reefs in 2020, an initiative dedicated to raising awareness and funds for the conservation and restoration of coral reefs. This collaboration marked the beginning of her deep dive into the complexities of ocean ecosystems, and she now considers herself a lifelong student of the sea.

Her ocean-inspired series, Ocean Alive, Vitamin SEA, FantaSEA, Fleur de SEA, and Canned SEA, capture the beauty and fragility of our oceans, blending art with purpose.

Julie continues to support coastal and reef conservation efforts by donating original works for fundraising auctions, ensuring that her art not only inspires but also contributes to preserving the very ecosystems that fuel her creativity.
